Rule of Life

Keen to take the next step?

It’s easy to talk about wanting a deeper faith—but unless you’ve got some rhythms in place, life just keeps rushing on. That’s why Christians for centuries have used something called a Rule of Life. Think of it like a personal game plan for your spiritual growth—habits and practices that keep you close to God in the middle of everyday life.

We’ve put together a series of short, practical videos and a workbook to help you create your own. The videos unpack the big ideas and give you some direction, while the workbook helps you reflect and map out what this could look like in your world.

Your Rule isn’t meant to last forever—it’s a 6–12 month plan that you can adjust as life shifts. And it’s not just for you alone. It’s designed to be shared in a small, trusted community, where you can walk alongside each other, encourage growth, and help one another become the people each of you has described in your Rule.

This isn’t about ticking religious boxes or piling on guilt. It’s about finding a way of living that actually works—helping you stay centred, grounded, and alive in Christ.
